CJC 1295
CJC-1295 MOD GRF 1-29 (without DAC) is a synthetic analog of growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH) designed to mimic a more natural, physiological nighttime growth hormone pulse. As a GHRH analog and receptor agonist, it stimulates the anterior pituitary to promote growth hormone release, which may influence multiple biological systems including metabolism, immune signaling, and cellular repair pathways.
The “no DAC” version has a shorter half-life than CJC-1295 with DAC, resulting in a more physiologic spike pattern rather than sustained elevation.
